Creators in Dance
The Creators in Dance Summit is a first-of-its-kind gathering for professional choreographers, conceived and produced by BalletCollective — the New York arts nonprofit founded by Troy Schumacher.
Launched at its inaugural New York edition in March 2026, the Summit brought together choreographers working across career stages and styles for a closed-door day of candid conversation about making work, sustaining a practice, and the state of the field. Its advisory board included Kyle Abraham, Robert Battle, Camille A. Brown, Ohad Naharin, Alexei Ratmansky, Pam Tanowitz, and Christopher Wheeldon OBE. A public post-Summit panel at the Museum of Art and Design in New York followed in April 2026.
de.MO created the logo and all collateral for the Creators in Dance Summit — performing arts branding work that continues the studio’s ongoing collaboration with BalletCollective across branding, print, and identity design.
