Demetriades + Walker

Demetriades + Walker is a residential architecture firm based in the Northwest hills of Connecticut, guided by an innovative approach to modernism and site integration, with a practice rooted in the choreography of light, volume, and spatial progression across projects in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Founded by partners Elizabeth Demetriades, AIA LEED AP, and Patrick Walker, AIA, both Yale-trained architects, Walker, the recipient of the Skidmore, Owings & Merrill Foundation Travelling Fellowship, the firm has worked together since 1996, selecting materials for both sustainability and architectural harmony.
